This outstanding oil has the inviting aroma of ripe tomato followed by notes of green tomato, a pronounced herbaceousness, and a long, spicy black pepper finish.

Pour over swordfish steaks topped with Gangi Dante Oregano and Caravaglio Salted Capers. Whip into an aioli with a touch of lemon juice and serve alongside lightly fried squid. Drizzle generously over grilled vegetables sprinkled with herbs. Toss with Bucatini with Tuna, Olives, Capers, and Lemon
