Unique to its microclimate of Morropon, this heirloom white cacao is floral with surprising full-bodied notes of red fruits.
Made from the native Creole white-seed, as is their Gran Blanco bar. This cacao is grown nearby, however, its unique microclimate yields a distinctive profile much different from its local counterpart.
