A seasonal cookbook containing all the information that was on the show for a three month period. Every recipe, cooking tip, technique and piece of nutritional news in the TV program for October, November, and December 1988 is included in this volume. There is a "What's Cooking" calendar thats tells you what the TV show subject matter is for each day. The calendar will also tell you which page of the book relates to which TV report. The book itself is organized by traditional cookbook sections...appetizers, soups, meats, etc. The table of contents will tell you which recipe is on which page. All the nutritional information has been put in the section marked Food & Good Health on page 86. The reports on kitchen safety have been grouped together as a separate chapter that starts on page 97.
